Messaging Automation Consent
We offer automated SMS for internal personnel and client communications (e.g., project updates and pre-authorized scheduling).

1. Opt-In Method

We use SMS keyword opt-in only.
Text START (or UNSTOP) to +1-844-721-6160 to opt in to Out Bid It LLC automated SMS services.
Upon receiving this, we immediately send an explicit consent prompt:

“This is Out Bid It LLC: Reply YES to confirm recurring SMS about project updates & scheduling form Out Bid It LLC. Msg frequency varies. Msg&data rates may apply. Text STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Terms: outbiditconstruction.com/sms-terms Privacy: outbiditconstruction.com/privacy-policy”

Only after you reply YES do we begin sending recurring messages. This creates a double opt-in record that we store as proof of consent.

2. Opt-Out Method

You can opt-out at any time by replying STOP.
We then send a one-time confirmation:
“You have opted out and will no longer receive SMS from Out Bid It LLC. Reply UNSTOP to resubscribe.”
We also honor CANCEL, END, and QUIT keywords.

3. HELP Command

When users text HELP, we respond:
“This is Out Bid It LLC SMS support. Msg&data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. STOP to cancel. Email support@obic.build for help. Terms: outbiditconstruction.com/terms Privacy: outbiditconstruction.com/privacy-policy”
