Messaging Automation Consent
We offer automated SMS for internal personnel and client communications (e.g., project updates and pre-authorized scheduling).
How to opt in via SMS:
Text START to +1 (844) 721-6160. We’ll ask you to reply YES to confirm you want SMS from Out Bid It Construction before we send recurring messages.
Opt out anytime:
Text STOP to +1 (844) 721-6160 or email support@obic.build.
1. Opt-In Method
We use SMS keyword opt-in only.
Users initiate by texting START (or UNSTOP) to +1-844-721-6160.
Upon receiving this, we immediately send an explicit consent prompt:“Out Bid It Construction: Reply YES to confirm recurring SMS about project updates & scheduling. Msg frequency varies. Msg&data rates may apply. Text STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Terms: outbiditconstruction.com/sms-terms Privacy: outbiditconstruction.com/privacy-policy”
Only after the user replies YES do we begin sending recurring messages. This creates a double opt-in record that we store as proof of consent.
2. Opt-Out Method
Users can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
On STOP we send a one-time confirmation:
“You have opted out and will no longer receive SMS from Out Bid It Construction. Reply UNSTOP to resubscribe.”
We also honor CANCEL, END, and QUIT keywords.
3. HELP Command
When users text HELP, we respond:
“Out Bid It Construction SMS support. Msg&data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. STOP to cancel. Email support@obic.build for help. Terms: outbiditconstruction.com/terms Privacy: outbiditconstruction.com/privacy-policy”
