2026 Operating Outlook & 2025 Review
A Note to Our Partners
2025 marked an important year of growth and refinement for Out Bid It LLC. As our project volume increased and our partnerships expanded, we focused intentionally on strengthening the systems, communication, and processes that support high-quality execution. As we head into 2026, we wanted to share a brief update on what we’ve learned, what’s changed, and what our partners can expect moving forward.
2025 at a Glance
Over the past year, our team completed a diverse range of residential, multi-unit, and light commercial projects across Northwest Ohio. This included both private and institutional work, repeat client engagements, and new collaborative partnerships.
Key highlights from 2025 include:
Increased total project volume across multiple property types
Continued focus on long-term client relationships and repeat work
Expansion of vendor and subcontractor coordination
Ongoing refinement of internal planning and execution workflows
Our priority throughout this growth has remained consistent: deliver reliable, well-managed work that respects budgets, schedules, and stakeholder expectations.

These changes were made with one objective in mind: make projects more predictable and collaborative for everyone involved.
What to Expect in 2026
As we move into 2026, partners can expect continued emphasis on clarity, structure, and early alignment.
Projects will be initiated with defined scopes, timelines, and points of contact

Our goal is to ensure that projects move forward efficiently, with fewer surprises and better outcomes for all stakeholders.
Appreciation for Our Partners
We are grateful for the trust placed in us by our clients, vendors, and institutional partners. Long-term relationships, repeat work, and collaborative problem-solving have been foundational to our growth, and we look forward to continuing that work together in the year ahead.
Looking Ahead
If you are planning work in 2026 or would like to explore future collaboration, we welcome early conversations. Thank you for being part of our journey and for the opportunity to build together.
— Out Bid It LLC
What is Out Bid It?
It all begins with an idea.
Founded in 2018, OutBidIt Construction started by seizing abandoned service opportunities in interior and exterior remodeling and structural revitalization of residential and commerical properties. These opportunities were discovered by considerate examination of the strong work relationships of Michael Norman with general contractors and licensed foremans all across Northwest Ohio and beyond.
The experience gained from those opportunities illuminated the immediate need for a more natural and clear relationship between general contractors and clients.
OutBidIt was founded to supply the need for intricate “A-to-Z” full-service construction projects in remodeling and more. By thoroughly exploring where client value expressions and requests are not met or could be met better, by exploring client lifestyle expressions, conceptualizations, and interfacing them with our own and external emerging solutions in construction, marketing, and more.
The results speak for themselves:
A typical general contractor may apply a template solution. OutBidIt takes that template and utilizes expedited client relationship building to thoroughly understand and or create a vision for the client that is foundationally specific and unique to client values and the circumstances of the project.
